Delivery Time

  • The estimated average delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across the United Arab Emirates is 2-4 working days.
  • You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
  • Timely delivery is subject to availability of the articles and order confirmation.
  • Both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual during sale period.
  • Note: To ensure a smooth and efficient delivery experience, we strongly suggest getting your orders delivered at your own address. AG Collective will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the order by a third party.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the order is placed, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

Delivery Charges

  • Only Cash on Delivery(COD) of orders is available. We do not accept Debit/Credit Card payments.
  • Delivery charges of Flat AED 19.99 will be applied on all orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates.
  • No Delivery Charge will be applied to orders valued at AED 349 or more.
  • 10% Discount will be provided to orders valued at AED 150 or more.

 

Track your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
  • If you don't receive tracking updates, please get in touch with us at sales@agcollectivewear.com or +971 506829577 and we will be happy to assist you.
  • We use third-party logistics providers (3PL) to handle and deliver all orders.
  • AG Collective will not be held liable for late delivery or collection by third-party postal/courier companies.
