Exchange Policy

  • Customers can exchange items purchased from www.agcollectivewear.com, within 1 day from the order date.
  • Exchanges are allowed only within the same category and are subject to stock availability.

 

Products must be

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With price tags intact
  • Accompanied by the original invoice
  • All returned items are inspected by the AG Collective Quality Control team.
  • Items that are used, washed, damaged, mishandled, or not in original condition will not be accepted.

AG Collective reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if care instructions are not followed.

Share your Order ID and the reason for the exchange

  • AG Collective will bear shipping costs only in case of:
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items
  • Incomplete orders
  • For exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping charges.

 

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds are allowed.

 

Damaged or Open parcel

  • Customers are advised not to accept parcels that are damaged or have broken seals.
  • If an item is damaged or missing, contact Customer Services immediately upon delivery.
